By renting with Glitz and All LLC the client understands and agrees to the below Rental Terms, Damage, Refund Policy, Cancellation and Order Changes terms:
RENTAL TERMS
The customer is aware that our standard rental period consists of 1 day. The rentals are delivered and setup prior to your event and are picked up the next day after your event date by 10am.
Same day/night pick up is available for an additional one time fee, of $40.
PAYMENT TERMS
Customers have 2 Options for payment:
1) Make a 50% Deposit to secure and guarantee your rental items. Choosing this option allows the customer to pay 50% deposit, of the total amount due. The remaining balance will be due the day of your event, prior to setup.
2) Pay in Full. This option allows the client to pay balance in full. Paid invoice will be delivered via email to reflect receipt of payment.
DAMAGE
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that our products are protected from exposure to (1) water, (2) open flame (3) harm’s way. The customer agrees to handle our products with care throughout their event, until pick up. The client will be FULLY responsible for costs up to 200% to fully replace any item(s) that are not returned or any item that has extensive damage and that is no longer suitable for future rentals.
RESCHEDULING
We understand the unexpected happens and make any rental transferable to another date as long as there is availability.
REFUND POLICY | CANCELLATION
No refunds will be given for cancellations. If circumstances arise, we can work together to reschedule your rental based on item availability. Full credit of monies previously paid will be applied to the new event date.
